Questions about plans
What's included in the free trial?
The free trial needs no card and lets you schedule up to 20 chapters per run, 60 chapters in total (for example 3 runs of 20). Paid plans schedule up to 500 chapters per run. Chapters you schedule during the trial stay scheduled afterwards. Each product has its own free trial; a bundle trial counts as the trial of every product in it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe to keep scheduling. If you don't, scheduling simply stops; nothing is charged.
How does a bundle work?
A bundle is one subscription that unlocks every product listed on it, usually for less than the separate plans. A plan only ever unlocks the products listed on it.
I already have one scheduler. Can I switch to a bundle?
Yes. Sign in, open Manage billing and choose Change plan, so you are not charged twice. Paddle adjusts the price for the rest of your billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing on your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy.
Who handles payment?
Paddle is our payment provider and merchant of record. It shows the final price, taxes and billing interval before you confirm, and sends your receipts.
