Get help with Webnovel Mass Scheduler for WebNovel’s Inkstone.
The scheduler button is missing
Enable Extension in its settings, open your novel's Inkstone chapter-list page, and refresh the page after installing or reloading the extension.
No configured project or no chapters found
Save a project with the matching novel link and Book ID. Import the chapter text, check the saved number range and correct any missing numbers.
My scheduled time looks wrong
Check Local Timezone versus GMT+8 Direct. Review the schedule preview before starting; confirmed chapter results show GMT+8.
A run failed or stopped partway through
Read Chapter Results and the error log. Check Inkstone for chapters already received before retrying a timeout. Use the result dialog's retry action after fixing the cause.
How many chapters can I schedule in the free trial?
The free trial needs no card and lets you schedule up to 20 chapters per run, 60 chapters in total (for example 3 runs of 20). Paid plans schedule up to 500 chapters per run. Account and access in the extension shows how many trial chapters you have left.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Open your account and choose Manage billing to cancel; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
My trial or subscription status is wrong
Use the same email address in the extension and on the website, then refresh account status. Access updates after Paddle confirms the billing event. Do not purchase again while activation is pending.
