Privacy and your data
Webnovel Mass Scheduler helps authors prepare and schedule chapters in their own account on WebNovel’s Inkstone.
Your chapters and projects
Project settings and imported chapter text are stored locally in the extension. When you start scheduling, chapter content is sent to Inkstone using your existing Webnovel session. Chapter text is not sent to the scheduler account service.
Account and subscription
To sign in, you enter your email address and receive a one-time code by email. Your email address is used to provide your scheduler account, confirm sign-in, check subscription access, and record the scheduling runs you start. Paddle is our payment provider and merchant of record: it runs checkout for the free trial and subscriptions, processes payments and provides billing management, and receives the billing details you enter there.
Video guides
Video guides are hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, a video is only a preview image served from this website, and your browser requests nothing from YouTube. When you press play, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player loads and YouTube receives your visit. The “Watch on YouTube” link opens YouTube itself.
How we use and share data
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, build profiles, collect browsing history, or use analytics. The service sends the sign-in code to the email address you provide. Chapter content is sent to Inkstone only when you start scheduling. No unrelated data sharing occurs.
Retention and deletion
Local project data stays in the extension until you remove it, clear extension storage, or uninstall the extension. Sign-in requests are short-lived. Account, subscription, and scheduling records are retained while needed to provide the service, handle subscription events, prevent duplicate scheduling, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Chapters already submitted to Inkstone must be managed there.
